These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, neural models, synthetic physics simulations, and software development kits provided by Velocore Inc.

1. Proprietary Rights

All neural architecture weights, SE(3) diffusion policies, bare-metal C++ kernel routines, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Velocore Inc. Worldwide patents pending.

2. Safety and Autonomous Operation

Users and OEM pilot partners agree to maintain active Control Barrier Function (CBF) hardware interlocks and physical emergency-stop perimeters when testing autonomous robotic controllers.

3. Corporate Entity
